I have heard that it limits your top speed in 5th gear but not certain. Pretty sure you can just unplug the sensor and leave it as long as you don’t care how it looks.

 

I put the Walsh block off plate on and unplugged the speed sensor nothing seemed to happen I don’t think it goes any faster now then before. For 20 bucks I had to find out but I also didn’t record my before and after top speeds so who knows.

 

The vortex disables it. I was making an order with Walsh and just bought one. I just unplugged it and zip tied the tail up

 

Yeah I'm going to do the same! Might get the 38 Motorsports block off plate though so I can keep all my block off plates black.

 

Anyone know where to find the crankshaft position sensor?
