you cannot use it like that, on the yfz the stator bolts to the cover, on the yzf the startor bolts to the centre crank case, there is no holes on the yzf cover to bolt the stator to
Yz450f Stator Cover Vent?
So I'm removing my e start and going straight Kick start. Was thinking about using the yz450f stator cover since it gets rid of the e start hole and would look better. Has anyone done this and if so how did you vent it since it doesn't have one? I've looked thought the forums and don't see anything about this. Any Ideas or should i just use mine and plug the hole. Travis.
