YFZ450R Transmission/Shift Fork Issue
So after a 4th gear replacement in my transmission, I got my motor all back together. Fired up, ran fine for a few motos no issues…
Well, fire it up the other day and I’m noticing it’s skipping in 4th again almost like it did previously… but only under heavy loads this time… So I split the motor only to find this shift fork being buggered up from this gear slightly - my question is, what could be causing this issue in my transmission? The bearings seem fine, shift drum, shaft, etc. so I’m fairly stumped!
