YFZ450R gearing

Hey everybody, I am currently building my 2020 yfz450r. As of now it has a full data exhaust and fuel customs intake. I have ordered a vortex ecu for it and have a 480 kit ready to be put in, coming with stage 2 hot cams and a 12.75:1 CP Carrillo Piston. I particularly ride in the sand and wanted to see if anyone maybe has any tips on what gearing and paddle setup I should run. For the paddles I was looking at skate for sure anywhere between 8 and 10 paddles at a 72 roll out, but I'm not quite sure in what direction to go with on the gearing.

Start with stock gearing, maybe a tooth up.

Why all those mods and no porting? Porting will make drastically more than a 480 kit

I forgot to mention that it is getting ported as well basically doing all the upgrades now thats its open getting built.
