Yfz450r Code 46 PLEASE HELP!!

Hello and thanks for your help in advance. 2010 yfz450r giving me code 46. It turns over but will not start. I have 11.95v at battery. I have .6 ohms across all 3 terminals of the stator and 12v at the rectifier. Not too sure what I should check next. Thank you

I also do hear the fuel pump engaging but it does not fire up

Check spark plug. Engines need air, fuel and spark

I would also check the stator and regulator
