Wire Harness Questio

i have an 05 yfz450, it had a kick start and gutted harness on it. im putting the headlights/tailight and electric start back on. since its an 05, do i have to use an 04/05 wiring harness. or will any year work. not sure what the differences are. im still pretty new to this stuff

'04/'05 wiring harness would be preferable because the '06+ harnesses have some extra do-dads that your frame doesn't have mounting locations for.
