Battery, starter, internal starter gears, gut wiring harness, shave fenders, lights, skid plate, heel guards, bumpers, plastics, foot pegs, seat, subframe, front brakes, handgrips, rear brakes...

...or you could just go on a diet.
i weight 150
Just cause you weigh 150 doesn't mean you don't have fat to loose. C'mon, for all we know you could be 150 pound midget that rides a yfz :mhihi:

lol
kick start is the biggest reduction if you lose everything related to electric start. i want to say 20+ lbs
Kick start is a good one, most important I think would be to use light weight wheels and tires.
what kind of rideing? i can get a yfz down to 230lb if you got enough money haha!

lighter the quad the better and less efert that you have to make it handle
The best weight off the bike I have shaved so far is off the crank but a good start would be removing all electric start stuff to go with kicker only and replace stock subframe with a lighter one. Remove all lights, fan(optional), etc. I think Rath has carbon fiber tie rods and not sure about the durability for TT but there are carbon fiber stems out there as well. Titanium bolts have been said to shave 3-5lbs "i think". Possibly lighter custom swingarm (not sure of the cost of this one). Lighter shocks, I have heard of Axis testing an air rear shock a while back but that was it, heard about it. Im sure you could shave a good bit off but it will definitely cost you. Maybe you will get some more responces from people who have a good bit of this done. My bike is still a little heavy but I plan to put myself and the bike on a diet soon.
