i recently purchased a big gun full exhaust system for my yfz and i need to know what my jetting should be set at. i had a 175 main in it but it was burning black and shooting flames. I am using the stock airfilter with the airbox lid on. I would also would like to know the best way to test the jetting. any help would be greatly appreciated.

try a 168, 45 pilot, 5th clip on needle (if its stock), and 2 turns out on the air screw.... that should be a good start :rock

yeh.... try that now that u say that... 168 is for a stocker w/ the baffle out... do the 170 :stupid

for main jet checking, u will need some extra plugs, all u do is pin her all the way! :evilgrin then as soon as u hit top, hold clutch in, kill it but still holding it wot. Now check ur plug hope this helps

im not sure though. it could be a 168 depending on where he is. if you are at sea level or near it a 170 should be about spot on
