Thinking about going rekluse, my question is which one? Core exp 3.0 or the Radius cx? What would be your choice?

So I ordered the Radius CX. There is a 15% off sale going on,ordered mine through Motosport. Will update with anything noteworthy on the install as well as performance.

First ride on the radius cx today and I am impressed. Install and set up were easy as well as break in. Power delivery is smooth and predictable,definitely feels smoother then the yzf set up I was running. I can pull a gear higher in the tight stuff,lock up the brakes in 4th,no clutch and get right back in it. With being able to run a gear higher it kinda mellows the hard hitting port job on this motor. I will definitely recommend one of these,and honestly wish I would have bit the bullet sooner.

I’m a huge fan of the Radius CX. Keep an eye on the free play gain and you are good to go.

Have you had to go back and adjust internally often?

Not yet. I tend to check it really well around oil changes in case if I had to do it but it has been rock solid.

I prefer the Radius CX because the clutch lever feels alive, and I like to slip the clutch when climbing hills manually. However, the CX will require extra attention for long life and those who don't check free-play will be victims of a pre-mature clutch pack failure. The Z-Start Pro is old technology and continues to be a fan favorite for XC riders. The clutch lever feels dead, but you can still override it when needed. Basically, once the Z-Start Pro is installed properly, it's great.
