walsh helped a littel a new one was still 500 though, i could think of alot beter things to buy with 500 than another dam swing arm though!! :angryfire:[/b]
Really? They didn't offer me chit!! The guy I talked to was at our race saturday with Cody Gibson, and he remembered and STILL didn't offer me anything. I may call back and see if I can talk to Nate or Mike. I've had good luck with Nate, he hooked me up with like 20% off my steering stem when I bought it.

Good lord Grant..... how on earth did you manage to break that swing arm..... seeing how you don't jump very high or far?!!!!!! :mhihi:[/b]
Hell if I know Eric. But apparently I'm getting a little braver. I've gotten some comments about my riding/jumping and I'm starting to break chit, plus I've noticed that I've started jumping a few jumps I never used to even consider.

i the same exact gun, i like it, litterally very few parts to breakdown/clean,[/b]
Yeah, I'm diggin it so far. This is my first handgun, so I know absolutely ZERO about them. My friend that's a state trooper came down and shot with me today. After we both shot a box of shells, he showed me how to take it apart and clean/oil it and I was VERY surprised how easy the thing it to maintain.

Nobody better mess with Grant. He'll put a cap in your ass.[/b]
Eh, I'm not gonna shoot anybody unless they absolutely MAKE me.

Damn that's horsechit Grant!! I agree with leveldrummer though, it does look like it's been there for a little bit. Are you gonna have it welded or get a new one?
That's a nice piece you got there man. I LOVE Glocks, they shoot pretty damn accurate for a semi-automatic pistol. I can take my Glock 29 apart in 10 sec. they're so easy to take apart, you'll love it.[/b]
I'm pretty sure the reason you're seeing rust there is because it sat in the trailer, wet for a little over a day. I got home from the race late saturday and felt like crap so I didn't wash the quad until sunday. I found the crack then, and didn't have time to mess with it until this afternoon, so it had sat in the trailer wet from the car was until then. I know the crack wasn't rusty when I found it a the car wash.

it looks like you may be able to weld that back grant. its worth a shot anyways[/b]
I'm thinking I may try to have it welded and re-chromed. I've been thinking about buying another '04 that I can get REAL cheap. The motor is taken apart (supposedly nothing wrong and all the parts are there) and it doesn't have a front end. If I buy it, it's got a LSR swing arm on it I can use until I can get this one fixed up.

dont want to jack you thread grant, but is it a pain in the ass to check you rear air pressure with mud caps?
I dont want to put mine on if its going to be difficult[/b]
Nah, not really. The mudcaps have zues (spelling?) fasteners on them, so all you have to do is turn them like a quarter turn and they'll come out. Plus the fasteners have wing nuts on them, so you don't even have to have a flat screwdriver like the old ones you used to get from HiPer.
