So I have researched a bunch on which map and settings to use on my vortex but I see a lot of mixed answers. Fci intake no box, and rossier full exhaust. Only ride the dunes so always around sea level. What is a good map and starting point?

You are going to have to start with a baseline (whichever map you feel comfortable with) and start just testing it. Most people start at 7-7-7, run it and adjust one dial at a time from there. That's the only way you're going to be able to dial it in without a dyno.

Try map 1 and traction map 2 and compare.

Call duncan racing and talk to Leonard or Loren. (Assuming you bought the vortex through them as it seems many people have.) Even if you didn't, they are very experienced and could give you some good advice. Very helpful couple of guys.
