Utah yfz 450 jetting

So I have a 2004 yfz 450 with a full yoshi rs2 comp series exhaust, full Ron wood intake, cam mod, 42.5 bored stock carb, and I’m gonna buy a full big bore shorty monster cause they make way more power then yoshis, but I have a 160 main and 42 pilot when I get the monster should I go up on the main or just wait to see how it runs? I live in Utah and ride around 4000 feet
