hey guys can someone enlighten me on the unplugging the tps plugs? what does this accomplish? whats changing in the enging when this is done and is it safe? is there anything else that needs to be done other than unplugging it? thanks

I have all of that stuff unplugged,I think it's the tps that just tell's the motor that it's wide open. I'm sure someone can explain it alot better than me!

Simply unplug the TPS and it defaults the CDI to a WOT ignition curve is what I've read. I've also been told though that the bottom end of power band is affected in a negative way.

You just unplugged everything whithout knowing what it does? :strokin:

still kinda sketched out about it. whats the benefit of telling the engine its wot? what happenes to the lower end? does your quads cdi take a beating? stil would like to know all the aspects of it before attempting it
