Through?
uh.. what?
Through the swingarm bolt?

72 lb/ft?
I think he means through hole bolts. Like the bottomless nut that is welded in place. Instead of a bottomed hole. It will vary on every bolt on the YFZ be more specific.
Actually I mean the bolts that run "through" the valve assmebly and jug to hold it all together. lol sorry wrong nomenclature I guess. but hey, it sounded good to me. Sorry for the confusion. There are 4 bolts that I am talking about. 2 are under the valve cover and 2 are visible on the side of the engine.

those are your head bolts, and its a somewhat complicated process to torque them down properly...

from the manual:

Tighten the cylinder head bolts to 30 Nm (3.0 m · kg, 22 ft · lb) in the proper tightening sequence,
remove and retighten the cylinder head bolts to 20 Nm (2.0 m · kg, 14 ft · lb) in the proper tightening
sequence, and then tighten the cylinder head bolts further in two steps of 90° to reach the specified
angle of 180° in the proper tightening sequence.

the "proper tightening sequence is an X pattern, when your looking down on the head, with the cam gears on the left, you start with the bottom left, then upper right, the upper left, then bottom right.

Thank you very very much. My manual is no where to be found. :wtf: so this is very helpful, thank you.
