Thoughts on the Precision Steering Stabilizer?

844 Views 10 Replies 5 Participants Last post by  kb motorsports
Looking to get one for trail riding. What is everyone thoughts and opinions on it? My main issues I come across trail riding are hitting tree roots, bumps /holes on straight aways and dirt roads that I do not notice at high speeds. Is it worth it for me?

Thanks!

If you are getting a lot of reverse input from rocks and roots, they definitely help. I have one on my KTM and you are far less likely to get the bars ripped out of your hands.
Get upgrade. If you’re not racing you don’t need to get the higher model. I have the elite and love it.
It saves your arms so much night and day when you hit rock, roots, ruts, and other obstacles.

How is it with hitting holes on straightaways/ dirtroads?

They will dampen any sudden impact on the wheels that might jerk the bars one way or the other. There is really no downside to them. You can dial in more resistance to keep the steering light or heavy.

Alright. So the ride quality/comfort is a lot better?
You won’t have any regrets

There no down side once you have it dialed in I used what the instructions recommended and it's awesome
