So I just got a 2018 yfz450r and plan on doing xc/woods racing with it. I need help setting up my suspension. I know that my ride hight needs to be at 7.25 at the pegs and 7.50 at the rear of the a arms but I don't know what to set my rebound and high and low speed compression at in the front and rear. I am about 130 lbs. What do y'all run yours at? Later down the road I plan on geting my suspension done but not at the moment. Thank you! Please help.

You only weigh 130 lbs? I think you'll need the lightest settings all around--including preload. The target weight for these machines is around 180 lbs--the average rider. How fast you are is also a factor, but you'll still be on the lighter settings. The only way to approach suspension is by testing. Start with your best guess, ride it, and adjust accordingly. It's not really a set and forget adjustment, especially if you are racing different courses.
