Ok...

So, I just recently returned from about a 15 yr hiatus from riding. When last I rode, I didn't have a machine with shocks anything like my YFZ. So could someone please explain in idiot language, how to adjust my shocks. I don't ride MX much. A few laps on the track every weekend, I do more trailing, shootin hills, and jumpin. I weigh 190 pounds(muscular pounuds) :lol So, any help is appreciated...

soften the compression (on the top -turn left) if it feels hard when you hit a bump or turn right to stiffen if you can bottom the bike easily
ALSO ONLY GO ONE CLICK AT A TIME AND KEEP TRACK SO IF U GO THE WRONG WAY WITH THE CLICKERS U CAN GO BACK

ALSO IF U ARE ONLY TRAIL RIDING AND DOIN A FEW LAPS ON A TRACK I WOULDNT WORRY ABOUT REBOUND BECAUSE U ARE PROBABLY NOT PUSHING THE BIKE THAT HARD(I COULD BE WRONG)
ANYWAY HOPE THAT HELPS
