ok if this is posted twice im sorry my computer locked up in the middle of the last..

im about 145 and 5'9.. what is about what i should set my front rebound and compresion at? i had a 400ex before this so im not sure how to set this stuff.. i do some decently big jumping, but not insane i guess.. i mainly ride fast triails, taking tight turns and hitting bumps alot..if anyone can help me with setting the front that will be great..

im more conserned about getting the front tuned in, but i guess if you have any info oon the back thatll help too..

thanks alot

I weigh aout 140 and race XC with mine. I have my compression and rebound all the way down and it still seems a little stiff and bouncy. Hopefully soon i will be getting the Derisi rebuild

For comfort and CC type conditions:

Set the fronts all the way soft-fast
Leave the rebound in the factory postion

rear--Set rebound almost to the slowest
compression to three from the fastest.
