Stripping Wire Harness

Does anyone know how to eliminate the little black box that is mounted back by the battery ( i believe it is called the starter relay cutoff) i was told that when stripping the wire harness that you can eliminate that too but there are a wire or two that have to be tied in somewhere else in order for the harness to still work right? Cause i'm staying with the electric start for now so i got rid of the lights, neurtal switch and light, throttle switch, and some other stuff but can't figure this one out yet.
