When mine just spun like that, i had the cables hooked up wrong on the battery and the starter was spinning the wrong way. Reversed the cables and it fired right up.
Starter Clutch
When i try to start my Quad, you can hear the starter spinning internally but its not grabbing or something
well i took it to the local yamaha shop and the mech said it was the starter clutch
any one ever had to change this??
