I wouldn't do it with out measuring your squish and doing all the math. Probably be better of getting a CP pump gas piston.

Might be able to do a 2 layer head gasket mod. Since the 2014 rod is .009" longer and each gasket layer is .009" thick.

Every were im reading is ppl lose power with a high comp piston on the 5 valve head . Doesnt make sense to me but I was going by what most say on this site

There are measurements that need to be done. Higher compression will gain you power, most of those that lost have been corrected. On a sode note cp can't do math for compression numbers. Keep that in mind

Single layer is not possible.
I have not tried 2 layer.

Yeah that's why I'm going with a 2 layer. Each layer is .09 and the new rod in the 14 and up is .09 as well . So keeping the 2nd layer is the same as a slhg on a 09-13
