is the tire angle in on the front or the top? if you look at it from behing the tire and the front of it is Toed in "angled"
then yeah you adjust with the tie rod.

its the top of the tire
if its the top then thats your camber adjustment. Do you have stock or aftermarket a arms? If there stock you can't adjust it. If its aftermarker remove the upper balljoint and screw it in or out to adjust the camber..

stock, whys it like that though my left tire isnt like that
It could be possible that the upper ball joint has an excessive amount of play, or the uper arm is bent down ward. I would inspec that upper arm very carfull to check for bends, play in any of the joints, and inspec the spindle its self alos to make sure that didn't get tweaked in any way shape or form.
post some pictures so we can see what your talking about.
Mine is like this too on stock arms but im blaming mine on a few wrecks :icon_eek:

Did you buy new or used?

my left tire is angled pretty good because my top a-arm is bent in a little

my buddy bought a new 400ex and his right tire was angled like that from the factory!, he kept it but you can bet i woulda taken it back to the dealership.

you can also measure the top arms and bottom arms to make sure they are the same length, it could be a manufacturing flaw
I had the same thing on mine. Look at the lower a-arm. They are a gulwing design and I hit mine on a large rock and straightened it essentially making the lower arm longer...
