I was cleaning my chain today when I noticed ~4 teeth on my rear sprocket are slightly crooked.

It's kind of hard to tell from the photo but the center 4 teeth all bend left slightly

I haven't noticed any issues while riding(yet). I was wondering if this warrants a replacement?

If so, does anyone have any recommmendations for sprockets & chain brands? I was looking at Sunstar but they're really the only brand I'm aware of.

Any advice is appreciated! 🙂

Same thing happened to a friend mid ride on the Hatfield McCoy trails. Kept throwing a chain after that.

General rule of thumb is to replace both sprockets and chain at the same time. Now is good time to think about if you want to down or up teeth as well.

Motosport has a few options. Sunstar is hard to beat for the price.

Probably bottomed out. Need a good skid plate to prevent it fro. Happening again
Yep definitely destroyed my stock plastic skid plate a couple weeks ago so I probably damaged those teeth around then. I've since put in a stainless steel skid from Lonestar so I'm good there.

Yeah I plan to replace the whole drive system. Any brands other than Sunstar that you'd recommend? I checked Rocky Mtn ATV and they mostly just had Renthal.
