Here's a picture of what my first ride looked like... I have that copy of DIRT WHEELS some where around here TOO! (If you're 30 something or older... You remember this magazine)
but.... I remember my family having three "Wooter" 90 ATC, in the mid 70's.
I got it in 81. I was born in 79. I had it till a few years ago when I gave it to my brother for his little girl. I got a 85 200x in 87, a 84 250R in 90, and then I sold the 200x and 250R and bought my tri-z and 350x in 95.
I had one of those too!!...Mine was Red though,..they were the faster ones..
A Kawasaki 100 Dual Sport Dirt bike, a Yamaha 200 3-wheeler w/ baloon tires and front suspension only, 2 VFRs - Honda road bikes, an XR650L (still have it), and now the YFZ.
I don't have any pictures, though I will try and find some!
Though I've owned;
'82 atc 200
'87 Polaric Cyclone
'95 Honda 400 foreman
'01 300ex
'03 Raptor.
To this day I still have the Raptor, my brother drives the 300ex, and my Mom has the foreman.
The only thing I liked on the gasgas compared to the yfz was the awesome brembo brakes and stock braided lines, and the very very nice hydraulic clutch that never needed adjusting and had awesome light pull
quad#11 you wanna sell your 426 send soem pics and a rpcie if you do to Gibson400ex@aol.com and if you dont want to sell it could you still send pictures to Gibson400ex@aol.com :rock
I sold my 426 to buy and build my YFZ. It was a hard decision, but I like the magic buttom too much not to. I really didn't think the YFZ would be as nice a machine as it is. I mean, I knew it was the best production quad available, I just didn't think it could compare to a fully built pro machine. I was wrong. The more I ride my YFZ, the more I like it, and my lap times are faster, go figure.
This is my current ride, but considering selling it and getting a 450.
