Anyone having issues with parking brake?
when engaged i can still move bike. almost as if in neutral.
back brake works ok, not as good as new. but pads appear ok.
does the cable needs adjusting, seems like its just not pulling hard enough on brake,
:re or should i just remove the damn thing and save the weight? haha

thanks gang. :rock

Mine is starting to do the same thing. I think it just needs some adjustment after some use.

I'll try it tonight or tomorrow night to see how it works.

On the left side of the rear caliper there will be a 10mm head bolt sticking out with a 12mm jam nut, just losten the jam nut counter clockwise and tighten the 10mm bolt clockwise to tighten the emergency brake. Then tighten the jam nut back up!!! it doesn't take much adjustment it's very sensitive :lol

Ask yourself how many times you've used it. See what i mean, so take the thing off. Nac's makes a nice red or blue blockoff plate looks sweet. And just think of all that weight you saved. :re

I DONT RIDE FAST I JUST FLY LOW! :rock

It's a piece of cake to adjust.

Loosen the nut and bolt and let it slop around, check it to see if the brake works, then tighten it back up. Took 2 minutes. :)
