Just trying to get an idea of what octane fuel is needed for thease quads (modded or not). The gas tank sticker says 91min under the seat says 95min??? After my minor mods the engine knocks on 91+trick octane booster :O
Also, the manual said not to use leaded fuel, but I think most people are?

I ran 91 stock and 100 with the 13:1 and will run 100/110 with the 14:1 tht is going in next week.

Every engine builder will tell you the same.

ANd just to let you know when it says it increases octane by 5-10 points that does not mean that it makes 91 ---> 96-101. It makes it 91.5-92

Bet you did not know that did you?

geez, I am just running chevron "with techron" ha ha, 92 of course. I have had know problems, and I have quit a bit of mods done. If you do the piston, and up the compression you'll have to run a higher octane.
