No Spark

Did you plug in the TORS system, or at least bypass it?

Yes everything is plugged in, including the TORS, could this be the problem if the TORS is not working? Is it common for it to stop working?

I'm not sure. That is the first system we eliminate on our race quads.

Follow the wires that come out of your thumb throttle down to a connection. Unplug it and jumper the quad side together.

I just rebuilt my engine, when I got it all back together I checked for spark, however there was none, but if i press the throttle a little and turn it over there is spark, what is the relation of the throttle to ignition and what could be the problem I'm having.

I would check the throttle cable itself. After re-jetting my '08 YFZ450, I had to take it back to Yamaha. They say the throttle gets to tight (Kicking TORS in) and the spark from the CDI is killed. Check the throttle, if its tight, loosen the cable and you should have good spark.
