Need help with FOX Shocks!

I need some help with my Fox Float 3 EVOL RC2's, I have accidentally broken off the EVOL chamber air filler valve, I have tried emailing FOX about the situation with no reply, is it possible to replace the filler valve and where can I get the replacement part? Or do I have to send out the shock to FOX so they can do the job? Need some input on what I can do in this situation! TIA. Pic below on what I need to be replaced.
