45 Pilot/162 main/ 3rd clip ncqv needle/lid off unless wet conditions according to the Yamaha instructions in my GYT jetting kit.

This assuming you're at 6000 feet. Yamaha instructions are for above 3000 ft.

GYT kit # gyt-5TG98-00-00

These are basic, and a good idea to switch to as soon as you can.

others in this forum may have had better results with other configurations.

My neighbor used the 45/162 at Coral Pink Sand dunes and said it worked excellent.

You will need to include your modifications in any equation regarding jetting. Pipe, air filter, airbox lid removal, and even removing the stock pipes pea-shooter baffle will all require different jetting. The jetting faq is pinned to the top of the forum for performance. I suggest you read that, and you will have a better starting point.
Good luck racing your YFZ, it is definately a blast. :rock
