Ok well I just got done installing my asv lever and the wire that went to the stock lever doesnt go to the asv lever, well I knew this before and I also know that it prevents the quad from starting in gear without the clutch pulled in. So when I got done I cut the head of the plug off and tucked the wire under the plastic cover on my handle bars. When I went to start the quad it wont start in gear now even with the clutch pulled in because the button the wire isnt pushed in. What do I do???

splice the wires together, but now it will start in any gear, so be careful to not start it in gear with the clutch out or it will lurch forward and strain your starter motor.
I spliced them and it worked fine thanks
no problem. glad to help. :mhihi: :mhihi:
becarefull withit though! i did this to my warrior and it will jump forward and take off if you dont pull the clutch in!!
