HEY everyone i am stumped
Bought this bike with top end tore off. did full rebuild with new ,conecting rod, crank bearings, cylinder and piston. head was beat up, looked like tip of plug fell off and bounced around. bought a second hand head and put engine together using clymer book. once together it starts and then pumps water into oil. in 10 seconds i have milk comming from crankcase vent into air box and when i open oil tank milk is full and a little presurized. also won't rev up high, it backfires flame out exhaust. changed oil pump shaft and seals,took top end off again and put new gaskets in. something i could have missed putting engine together the first time? i am stuck.:angryfire: also checked valve clearance and was good.
