Last year when changing my oil I way over tighten the bottom oil drain plug. A bad habit I have. Well that mofo is tight a friend told me leave it alone I could bust case so the past year I been taken plug out side and pick up quad try get all oil out. How important is it to open both. I got a new plug to go in it should I leave it alone?

I think u should try to take the drain bolt out and just the check threads
