hey i have an 08 yfz that i sent the head and carb out to ttm to work on and i want to also put in a cp 12.5 piston in if it would be worth the extra $$ any suggestions would be great

Its a shelf piston Derek a ttm didnt have any pistons in stock the other day when i talked to him but i could also go with a custom venom piston but as to how many hours on my stocker i dont know but it only has 1 season on it and it looks like new yet what are your opinionsis it one of the custom TTM pistons? or a shelf 12.5:1

if it has some time on it, you might as well replace it. go with Dereks recommendation....after all he is doing the rest of the combo
