I have a Gyt-r pipe, gyt-r hi comp piston, hot cams, kibble white valve springs, kickstart, ron wood air kit, cut fenders, curtis sparks rev box, and 2 sets of tires.
22x12x10 haulers 8 paddle.
20x10x10 extreme 10 paddle
I want to go as fast as possible up the hill and am wondering what gear and what tire would be best for me. I am 250lbs and don't want to spend hours changing gears and tire if anyone els knows already.

At 250lbs buy a raptor, but on your yfz you need ALOT of work done to hang with anyone, the mods you have are out dated and need upgraded, switch out that Ron woods for a FCI,sell your paddles and get some 22x11x8-7paddle haulers or extremes your WAY over paddled at 10 paddles you will launch hard but will loose top end, even 8 paddles are overkill for your mods

I agree with buck on this, start by switching paddles then look at changing your exhaust.
