I have a sparks, FCI w/o airbox and mine runs great at a 175 main, 45 pilot, 4th clip on NCVQ needle and about 2 turns out on the screw. Elevation about 700 feet.

I have a sparks with a 300 main, 2000 pilot jet, and 4278 clip on the stock needle. Also my a/f screw is screwed in till it stripped out and broke.

It runs like a top with these settings and I dare anyone to tune a quad differently

It depends on your mods. My 2006 with a K&N lid removed, Sparks big core, quick shot 2, made the best power at 45.57 RW and 31 ftlbs of torque with a 45P, 175M, and NCVQ needle on the 3rd clip. It was 75 degrees 55% humidity, and 300ft MSL.
