I Want To Keep My Fan With Out The Battery

i want to keep my fan with out the battery. i heard that the bike will die or sputter so i need help on what to do pics would be nice to thanks :bowdown: and i dont want to take the fan off

i heard that u can put a reglator on the fan or something like that
