Houser Arms

ok i cant get an answer from anywhre that is 100% , the powdercoated melted everytihng out of my houser plus 2 standard travel a-arms, like you can see inside and theres nuthing at all, what do i need to re installed them?? Bushings, bearing, i know the rubber ones but is there bearings in there too?
