they dont really look the same to me, but im sure you could work something out with some slight mods.

do they fit or require new drilling??

Someone had pictures of theirs with an old hood fitted on it. I was going to attempt it but only had a quadtech lo-pro that required cutting a hole for the air scoop and didn't feel like doing that.
ya i saw someone but i dont want to buy hood and idk ill rpolly get a hood for an 08 and try to make it work worth a shot will let u know
I am the one that has the MODDED hood.It didnt really look right so I removed it.The holes by the tank lined up but the main problem is the key location,I had to cut out a bunch on that side.
