Alright here is deal took the throttle body apart to clean the moving parts (it was sticking) well put it back together and it's not closing all the way leaving me with a high rev does any one have an how to or in sight on its suppose to go back together already looked in the service manual.

Got a new cable its not returning all the way leaving the butterfly slightly open

theres a adjustment screw inside the housing where the cable goes
