does anyone know what goes here? 04-05 head right hand side. blew out on me today at Durhamtown and trying to figure what I need. any help would be greatly appreciated

Decompression plug you can get aftermarket one that the bolt holds in for $25 +/- careful with the small bolt the threads strip very easly
