That's the sprocket I used, but there was no need to add any links, and still plenty of adjustment.

The Raptor sprockets are the same as well, and there's no need to add any links. It will fit fine with minor chain adjustment.

the raptor, the yz450, and our beloved yfz450 all share the same sprockets.
i think timmyboy was messing with tintin b/c this topic has been discussed many times on here b4..

its the same part number as the yzf450 and the raptor 660

Just get the Renthal that works for the YZ450F.

www.sidewindersprockets.com has Titanium/Toolsteel sprockets that wer a LONG time and the teeth don't break.
very worth it.

I bought a Raptor sprocket and it is different than the YFZ sprocket. It is flat and does not have the grooves cut on the inside. I ran it for awhile and it started to wear my chain and the guard on the motor. When I spin it I can hear grinding from where it touches the motor. Am I doing something wrong?
