i would get a quiet core. i dont know how much it would drop it but it might help??
From Sparks Big Core To Stock-jetting ?
Hey all, when I bought my 08 yfz it had a curtis sparks big core exhaust/pipe and the sparks air filter supercharger kit, and tps bypass plug, sparks jet kit! It rips as it is, problem is, I'm going riding at the oregon dunes next weekend and they have a 93db limit which my sparks pipe will definately not pass. I'm planning on just putting my stock pipe on and still running everything else, this is going to suck since my power will drop dramatically, but anybody have any idea what I will want to change my jets to? It is approx sea level. I do have the stock needle/jets also, I think what #'s are stock? Please help!

155-160 stock needle and 45 pilot is what I'd run since you have their intake on it.

The oregon dunes is my playground. The first thing you will notice is that there wont be a single bike there that will pass. None of my bikes will pass and I have never been messed with. So I say just run it as it is.
im going to the dunes this weekend trough next week and im running the same setup and i will let u know if i get rolled by the cops i know mine wouldnt pass a sound check if i was lucky and it Florence and coos bay
That would be an awesome help if you're going this weekend to let me know if they say anything! Maybe I'll leave my setup on and just bring my stock pipe and jets/needle with me! I'd hate to change it out on the sand though!
