I have a set of Fox Evols. On one of them I cannot screw the rebound screw in all the way. The other one goes completely in but this one has a few more turns but is stuck. It will back out all the way but it will not go in all the way. I was thinking about sending them in to Quinn Motorsports, but I really don't feel they need a full service. Any ideas? Should I take the body apart?

Thanks.

whatever you do, dont take the rebound knob all the way out....the rebound rod in the shaft will drop down and you wont be able to get the knob back in. to get it back in, you'll have to let the nitrogen out of the reservoir.

has the knob always been that way or has it just started being restricted?

No I just noticed it during last season when I went to adjust. I suspect sand may be the culprit.
