Don't try to do it without the puller, it's on there pretty good. You may end up damaging the flywheel.
so the fly wheel is connected to the magnito? and should it free wheel clockwise and grab counter clockwise?
Sorry, don't try to pull off the magneto without the puller. The magneto and flywheel aren't connected and yes, there is a one-way bearing that prevents it from spinning freely in one direction.
buy the puller... plan and simple...

also need a flywheel holder for the nut
ok, just not sure if their is a problem. I already bough a bunch of w00ter that hasn't fixed this pos. I sick of throwing money at it and none of it fixing the problem.

Explain what the problem is with the quad and maybe somebody can give you a suggestion on what to do/check.

You also need to insert a 'no' inbetween the 450 and speed in your screen name.
ya i could do that if it was true. :neener:

I have like 4 or 5 post on here about what it is doing and what I have done.
you don't need a flywheel puller from what i know ive takin the nut off of many other engines with just a impact drill
Ya i have the nut off, but the magnito is pressed on to the crank.
