Anyone else going to be riding at the Florence dunes between March 20th and 27th? We'll be there, camping in Driftwood II in site 1. I'll be breaking in my bike the first couple of days but would like to ride with anyone that wants to join me the rest of the week. Let me know!

I figured you'd reply in this thread anyway.
Hey guy, were you in the spot directly across from the host? I was looking at some pretty bitchen yfz's in those spots on my way back from the dumpsters on Monday(23rd) before we took off. We were camped just down on the right.
Yep that was us. The white one with the blue frame was Twheat's and the blue one with the black frame was mine. Glad you liked them! Did you have a good weekend of riding?
Great looking' bikes! Told my son about yours with your Fox shocks. Not sure if you saw his yfz but it was orange with Blingstar grafix and orange ringed Hipers. I enjoyed the white one because my bike's white. The trip was great. First time out with the Fasst bars. Loved them. I was trying to remember the website you guys had on your truck to check your bikes out more. How was your trip?
Here's a pic of what my sons bike and my bike look like. Not sure if you remember seeing them cruise by your camp. I want to see more pics of your bike and your friends. If it's cool.

See less See more
Yep, can't forget that orange yfz! I actually remember seeing you guys out there at the end of September too. The site that we had hanging from our trailer is Quad Hub. Here's my quad. Twheat hasn't updated the pics in his profile but you can see them here.

again... sucks... replaced everything internal this time... I talked to a builder and he said he think the case is cracking because the frame is flexing too much. Dunno if its legit but its a theory... Gotta gusset this summer...

Didn't make it out but if its nice i'll be out this weekend. Got it all fixed then i had to go back to osu... lol...
Your bikes are bitchen! Thanks for the extra pic. I thought you had the Evols for some reason. When's your next trip to the dunes?
Nope, I've got the "custom" amp shocks. :mhihi: I'm planning on heading down to Horsfall 24th - 26th of April.
Man, that weekend we'll be down at Win Bay. Do you ever ride at Morrow County in Eastern Oregon? Thanks for the website. I'll have to join up.
Nope, haven't been to eastern Oregon much except once when I went to Christmas Valley, that was a waste of time.
Yeah, Christmas Valley wasn't much but I loved the camping. Smelled great and it was free. I haven't been to Morrow County yet but planning on it. Over 200 miles of trails. Love the sand but really want to put the knobbies on.

Dude really? You can see my house from boxcar and the last time i went to horsefall was this summer. I drive the extra 15 mins to winchester everytime i ride. I don't get this fascination with horsefall... No good hill climbs...
Well not all people like to do just hill climbs...
Well honestly Winchester has everything horsefall does but with hill climbs and its all a bit closer together. Winchester is big as you probably know but horsefall is huge. I guess some people like putting around on trails too... I dunno i much prefer winchester. Better jumps, hill climbs, the "flat areas" are just that. Flat. Its rare to find drops or witch eye's in winchester.
I enjoy ripping around on trails at Coos and you can be there for over a week an still not cover the whole area.
