To put quite simply, yes.
My girlfriends bike has a g-force axle, even when it's tight you can turn it. It shouldn't spin freely, should have some resistance.hey stix i looked at your quad profile and noticed you have the g force axel i also have it,but i was wondering if that lock nut they send you with the axel is suppose to have spin in it and that c ring holds it in place or is it suppose to have no spin in at all cause i can't seem to get it to stay tight[/b]

i will make an improvement, but if you added a pipe you would def. feel the difference. How much of an improvement will the FCI make on a mostly stock 08? I've just uncorcked the stock pipe and rejetted.[/b]
The bracket is on right. If I flip it around it sticks out even further. The tube is all the way agains the carb as well. I took out the transition ring thinking this would free up some room but it didn't really help all that much. I will try and take some pictures. I have another one on order for my personal bike and should be installing it tomorrow. I will see how that goesAre you sure you didn't install the bracket backwards? The transition ring isn't required but highly recommended.[/b]
