For the throttle, the wires should be spliced together if you want to bypass the throttle position sensor, but for the front brake, if you splice the wires together, the brake light will be on all the time.

It´s a safety switch. I don´t remember if it´s normally open or normally closed. One quick way is to pull out the switch from the clutch perch and just tuck it under the hood. This will make the quad think that the clutch is always pulled in, and will allow it to be started in any gear. Otherwise, just follow the cable under the hood to the connector and unplug it. If it doesn´t start in gear, then you´ll know that you need to splice the wires together. Boom.

so if you run no break light can you get rid of these wire all together and also the plug that comes off the rear brake pedal?
