I can pretty much guarantee your jetting is off. I have had the same problem in the past. The right jetting will almost/ if not completely fix that problem.
Cutting In And Out
on my 04 when i hold it wide open, it cuts in and out, if you let off the throttle a little bit then it doesnt cut in and out. sorry if its not a very detailed description but i dont know how else to describe it. any ideas why it does that?
