i dont wanna sound like your dad, but its stories like this that give us so much trouble from the cops, one guy like you acting disrespectful, trespassing, and being a general bag of douche, next time the cops run into someone on a quad, that kid is gonna get hassled even more. like this sport doesnt already have enough problems from eco-nuts and noise complaints.... :nono:
Crashed Right In Front Of The Cops
so i was out in a pit near my friends house when the cops showed up on quads. we thought we were on private ground so we didnt run we tried to tell them it was private ground. they were **sholes and wrote us tickets cause we didnt have verbal permission to be there. so i asked if we could ride a little more before we left. i started doing wheelies across the pit and the went and hit a jump pinned in 4th went fllying and came down on one wheel and rolled and ate w00ter. i got up started laughing and ripped outta the pit waving at the cops like an idiot

Never really understood what motivates someone to create a thread like this. These types of threads are never widely accepted. I guess it that high school mentality that give this sport a bad name.
Maybe they need to consider that anyone under the age of 18, shouldn't operate a ATV unless under the supervision of an adult.

as far as the under 18 i think that'd be stupid cuz there are some people that are 16-18 that are more mature than some 20 yr olds. nah dude im not an w00ter and the cops were not being completly dickheads they told us we could rip aorund a little more i just tried to show off and it didnt work out so well so i had to keep it looking like that w00ter happens and i didnt get hurt for them not to freak out. and where i ride cops are only out for s because a kid that was riding with us one day died when he hit a tree on township property. soo people please piss off because im plenty mature and have dealt with enough w00ter

i gotbusted twice by same cop in a week crossing the road at a 45o angle instead of a 90 wich is legal here in pa. waht a joke. 300$ fine each time.

yea its ok but i live in south jersey. and the cops were **sholes in the end becasue after they left we went back to where we parked and found out that where we were was private property we could ride on, the cops lied and shouldnt have even been there. that made me mad.
im 17 and even i will agree that some/most of the younger under 18 kids ARE punks, lol.

yea dude that is. We dont get hassled by cops up here its the fish cops (Fish and Wildlife Conservation) and they are the most retarded ppl out there. They right the stupid rules and dont even know them, my bro got pulled over for crossing a bridge when he was coming back from fishing. He was in low gear with my moms AC 500 (tops at like 40MPH in high gear lol) barely idling cuz he had a chair and all his fishing gear on the racks with his helmet on. The law states that if you go from the ditch before and bridge/dam etc. (he came from the ditch) you can cross it without any vehicles coming and go right back into the ditch as soon as your across. The cop stopped him halfway across and gave him a $270 ticket.
