I have a TCS rebuilt dual rate shock on the rear of my bike and when I mess with the compression adjustment on it I cant feel any real change is this due to the rebuild or is something wrong. is this the way all zero preload shocks are????

My friends Z400 TCS rebuild is the same way. There is just a small difference from all the way slow to fast. I beleive it has to do with the valving being more fine tuned to a specific weight. I could be wrong though.
